Recognise what 'Balance' means for you

A 'good balanced life' is a life you're feeling happy with.

This is usually because you feel to be achieving in all aspects of your life equally and at the same time rather than having successes in one area (typically work) at the expense of others (often family, relationships, your health and personal interests). How often do you hear someone say 'I can’t wait until … and then I’ll be able to do what I really want'?

A happily balanced life comes from about being clear about what YOU want in all parts of your life and then choosing to organise yourself and your time so that you achieve it. Your recipe for a good life is likely to be different from other people's and it is likely to change with time and circumstances.
