What is ‘a good WorkLife Balance’ anyway?
It would be easy to say it means x hours at work, y hours with the family, z hours spent on yourself etc, but in reality everybody’s ideal WorkLife Balance is different. And in an increasingly busy, complex and chaotic world, what creates Balance for any one individual also changes with circumstances and priorities. Whatever the precise arrangements though, it does seem that a sense of balance comes from being and doing those things that are important to you. This means aligning your resources of time, energy and money with your values, dreams, goals - the things you want to be saying ‘YES!’ to in your life
