Lifestyle Coaching

Choosing the right Coach is very important

The right Coach will work as your partner as you develop your skills, confidence, sense of direction, focus and Balance.

They will support and challenge you to achieve what you want in your life.

Tips to find the best Coach for you...

Every Coach is different and works slightly differently, so it will help you to -

  • Be clear about what you want to achieve as a result of your coaching
  • Know what investment (time and money) you are prepared to invest in achieving your goals
  • Think about what style of coaching will best suit you - telephone, face-to-face, email

  • Make use of introductory / free sessions that Coaches offer so you can evaluate -
    • how comfortable you feel with them
    • to what extent their coaching is creating new thoughts and insights for you
    • to what extent their coaching is likely to challenge and support you towards achieving your goals easily, speedily and enjoyably

  • Their pricing structure, qualifications and guarantees
  • Ask for Testimonials from previous clients
