Personal Lifestyle Coaching is a partnership designed to challenge and support you to achieve what you want from any or all parts of your life.
All 3 Lifestyle Coaching Prorammes are basedon the Life Balance KiT Lifestyle Diary and can be combined with a Life Balance Workshop.
Through careful listening, asking probing questions, offering you feedback and if useful, sharing experiences and ideas, I will help you to –

My only agenda is helping you achieve your goals and dreams as quickly, easily and enjoyably as you can. No two coaching sessions will be exactly the same, and each (confidential) session is focused around meeting your needs and goals in that session.
